Gold and Platinum include segregation. Basic/reward unsegregated waste: ₹5/kg after helper weighing. Evening charges: ₹5–₹7. Monthly plans renew manually.
See collection hours and fee details
Choose 7 am–2 pm (before 2 pm), or 5–7 pm IST. We pause from 2–5 pm. Evening charges start at ₹5, plus ₹1 for unsegregated Basic/reward waste and ₹1 if measured weight exceeds 2 kg, capped at ₹7. Gold and Platinum cover the base pickup fee and segregation. Reward pickups cover the base fee. Sorting is extra only for Basic/reward pickups; evening charges apply separately. Collection is subject to helper availability. Payment is required before a paid pickup is scheduled.
